2. Service Scope

Neshan provides subscription-based healthy Indian meal delivery services for working professionals and residents within Lusail (approximately 5 km delivery radius). Meals are delivered Sunday to Thursday within the specified delivery window.

3. Account & Login

  • Users may register using email or Google login authentication.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • Neshan reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse or fraudulent activity.

4. Orders & Subscription

  • Meals are offered as daily, weekly, or monthly subscription plans.
  • Orders are processed based on predefined menu schedules.
  • Delivery starts from the next business day after order confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely via Sadad Qatar.
  • Full payment must be completed before service activation.

6. No Refund / Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final. Neshan maintains a strict no refund and no cancellation policy once payment is completed. Users are advised to review plans and delivery areas before subscribing.

7. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is limited to Lusail and nearby areas within coverage radius.
  • Delivery timing: 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM (Sunday to Thursday).
  • Customer must be available at delivery location. Missed deliveries are non-refundable.

8. Meal & Quality Disclaimer

  • Meals are prepared fresh daily with hygienic standards.
  • Menu items may vary slightly based on ingredient availability.
  • Images shown are for illustration purposes only.
